I’m Naad Dantale. I’m a software and ML engineer, and a founding engineer at Sparkonomy.

I’ve been passionate about technology for as long as I can remember and began seriously exploring software development and machine learning during my time at Manipal University Jaipur, where I co-founded Stepnex Technologies — a startup building ERP solutions to help organizations streamline their operations. Today I’m a founding engineer at Sparkonomy, building the agentic layer underneath the creator economy.

Aside from being knee-deep in code, I’m always on the lookout for new challenges. I’ve participated in numerous hackathons and technical competitions, where I get to apply my skills, push boundaries, and connect with like-minded tech enthusiasts. These experiences have sharpened my problem-solving abilities and exposed me to cutting-edge technologies like machine learning and cloud computing.

But it’s not just about technology for me. I’m an avid rock climber, runner, and mountaineering enthusiast. Whether it’s scaling a sheer cliff face or summiting a peak, I love pushing my limits, both physically and mentally. These pursuits not only keep me active but also remind me that perseverance and determination are key, whether in the mountains or in business.

Today, I continue to pursue my passion for tech and adventure, always looking for the next big project to tackle—be it in the world of software or somewhere out in the wild.
